Art passion
More than passion, art is, for me, an essential value, as it invites us to reflect on a complex world, between inspiration, emotion, and technique. This passion leads, on the one hand, to operating on instinct, giving free rein to the inspiration of the moment, with constant context, and on the other hand, to measuring one's level of expression according to the technique used. Art thus delivers a language that expresses itself with each touch of color, and an emotion with each nuance, to transcend perception and inspiration. "To paint is to release an emotion that words cannot express." (Zao Wou-Ki). As a figurative and portraitist at the beginning, the experience of abstraction naturally leads me to translate my inner world and to create, expanding and enriching my palette. Abstraction harbors a profound sense of freedom and discovery. The works come from the depths of intimacy, their creation and realization call for a dimension of solitude and meditation in the process of connection between the canvas and me. They are the fruit of an experience of creation, letting go and emotion. In the same way, they become a space for dialogue and sharing with their contemplators; by offering this same visual experience and this inner journey, thus allowing each person to project their own experience, or even a scenario.
